PROTEST RULES |
| The Following will be the Protest Rules for the 2007 Pulling year. |
| 1. Any Protest must be brought before the Club Officials within 5 minutes of the end of the class. |
| 2. You have to be pulling in the class to protest a tractor in that class. |
| 3. The protester must be able to (Better Himself in the Money) in order to make the protest. |
| 4. The protester will have to put up $100.00 dollars. The protester is the ONLY one to put up the money. A complete tear down is required unless something is found illegal prior to tear down being complete. |
| 5. Anyone protested will be given one chance to admit to being illegal. No money changes hands at this point. |
| 6. The admission will result in dropping the position and fixing tractor before you can bring it back. You must also prove to the Officials that it's been fixed. |
| 7. If the tractor being protested is found to be illegal the protester receives the money. |
| 8. The tractor driver and owner if not the same will be asked to leave. They will be removed from the club and not allowed to pull for the remainder of the season. |
| 9. CHEATING IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! |
| ALL RULES WILL BE ENFORCED AS WRITTEN AND CAN NOT BE CHANGED FOR THE 2007 SEASON. |
| All Decisions by Track Officials and Committee are final. |
