PULL RULES |
| 1. If you would like to join the club the membership fee is $30.00 per family ( 5 tractors ). $5.00 for each additional tractor. $20.00 for single person membership. |
| 2. Membership Pulling Fee is $10.00 per class per tractor. |
| 3. Non Member Pulling Fee is $15.00 per class per tractor. |
| 4. A $3.00 gate fee will be required. Children 12 years and under will be admitted free. During Benefit pulls the gate fee will very. |
| 5. The official track size for MBPA is 20 feet wide and 100 feet long for kids classes and the 8hp class, The length for all other classes is 150 feet. There will be a floating finish line when determined by the Track Officials. |
| 6. A tractor may be entered only once per class with one driver. Tractors are limited to 3 class entries and this is subject to change should time become an issue. |
| 7. MBPA Officials reserve the right to limit classes, add classes or eliminate classes when time, weather or other circumstances call for it. |
| 8. All tractors will be pushed on and off the scales. ( THIS WILL BE ENFORCED ) |
| 9. When weighing for a class you must weigh the amount of the class, for example 850 lb class the driver and the tractor must weigh 850 lb or less. After you pull and reweigh there will be a 0 lb allowance. The top 3 tractors must reweigh and overweigh tractors will be disqualified. |
| 10. The top 3 tractors must go straight to the scales after their final hook in the pull offs. |
| 11. You must pay before leaving the scales. If you do not pay you will not be allowed to pull. |
| 12. Contestants must pull in the position which they have drawn. You must cross the scales at the beginning of the class. |
| 13. All tractors must be be in line, in order and ready to hook when the class is announced. When you finish your first hook, pull around and get back in lin for the second hook. |
| 14. The first puller will have the option of passing his/her pull and dropping back to last position. |
| 15. Track Officials reserve the right to reset the sled in any class if 3 or more of the first 5 tractors pull the sled all the way out. The class will restart in its original order. |
| 16. The Flagman rules the track. Pay attention and follow that person's direction. |
| 17. Entry into the class after it has started will be allowed only as follows: The class must still be in the first round of pulling and the late entry must pull last. |
| 18. When the sled is spotted and ready, you will have 2 minutes to be hooked and in position to pull. |
| 19. In case of mechanical breakage, which has been determined by a Track Official, you will be allowed to drop to last position. Failure to notify the Announcer or a Track Official will result in Disqualification. |
| 20. You have only two attempts to move the sled 20 feet and there will only be on attempt in the pull offs. ( NO EXCEPTIONS ) |

| 21. If you loose anything off of the tractor during the pull for example weights, parts, gas, oil or anything else the tractor will be disqualified. The only exception is if the sled has stopped. |
| 22. If you tractor goes out of bounds at any time you will be disqualified. If you do not pass the 20 foot mark you will be allowed to try again. The sled may go out of bounds but not the tractor. If the tractor stops and the front wheels drops out of bounds the pull will be measured. |
| 23. All Members are expected to help and work at least 3 classes. The jobs include Flagman, Hooking the Tractors at the start, Sled Rider, Pull Back Tractor Driver and someone to Unhook at the end of the pull. The same 5 people Can Not and Will not continue to work every class. If insufficient help becomes an issue the pull Can and Will be canceled for the day. |
| 24. The top 5 place winners should plan to work the following class. |
| 25. First, Second and Third place winners will be required to judge and work the next class. Failure to work or have someone work for you will forfeit to the next place or places back. This includes all winnings and or trophies. |

| 26. When possible the track will be graded after each class and all loose dirt will be removed from the track. |
| 27. The decision of the Track Officials is final, Excessive arguing will result in disqualification. |
| 28. Any of the Track Officials will be allowed to stop a questionable pull. The Hook Person sees the tractor go out of bounds as the Flag Person does not. |
